All products displayed on mazhalaimasala.com are listed by SD Foods through the admin panel. Product details including name, price, weight, images, and description are published and maintained by us.

3. Ordering & Checkout

• Orders once placed are binding subject to successful payment confirmation.

4. Payment & QR Code Transactions

We accept payments via Razorpay payment gateway and UPI QR code. All transactions are processed securely.

• Payment methods accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets (via Razorpay), and QR Code scan-to-pay.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification from Razorpay or QR payment confirmation.
• In case of a payment failure or incomplete transaction, please do not reattempt immediately without confirming with us to avoid duplicate charges.
• SD Foods is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, network issues, or third-party gateway downtime.
• Payment confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email/mobile number after successful payment.
• All transactions are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Tamil Nadu and major cities in India. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

6. Coupon Terms & Conditions

• All coupon codes are valid only on orders with a minimum cart value of ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Only), unless otherwise specified.
• Each coupon code will have its own validity period, clearly mentioned on the coupon, promotional material, or any other communication. Customers must use the coupon within the specified validity period.
• Coupon codes can be redeemed only on eligible purchases meeting the applicable minimum cart value requirement.
• Each coupon code can be used only once per customer unless otherwise stated. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotional offer, discount, or loyalty benefit.
• Coupon codes are not redeemable for cash, store credit, or any other monetary value and cannot be exchanged for any product or service.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom they are issued.
• If the order value exceeds the coupon discount value, the customer must pay the remaining balance using any accepted payment method.
• If the order value is less than the coupon discount value, the unused balance will be forfeited and shall not be refunded, credited, or carried forward.
• SD Foods reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or cancel any coupon code or promotional campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• SD Foods reserves the right to reject or invalidate any coupon code found to be fraudulent, duplicated, misused, or otherwise invalid.
• Coupon codes are applicable only to eligible products and categories. Certain products or promotional items may be excluded from coupon discounts.
• Coupon codes may be restricted to one redemption per registered mobile number, email address, customer account, or household, as determined by SD Foods.
• If an order placed using a coupon code is cancelled, returned, or refunded, SD Foods reserves the right to withdraw the coupon benefit and may choose not to reissue the coupon.
• SD Foods shall not be responsible for coupon redemption failures arising from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or system downtime.
• By applying or redeeming a coupon code, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by SD Foods, which shall be final and binding.
• Any disputes arising from the use of coupon codes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel, contact us via phone or email with your Order ID.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns.

8. Refund Policy

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged, spoiled, or expired.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Order not delivered within the stated timeline.
• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will NOT be issued for change of mind, taste preference, or improper storage after delivery.

9. Food Safety & Product Disclaimer

• All products are made with natural ingredients and processed in hygienic conditions.
• Please check the ingredient list on the product label for allergens before consumption.
• Store products in a cool, dry place as indicated on the packaging.
• We are not liable for adverse reactions due to individual allergies or misuse of products.
• Product shelf life and expiry dates are mentioned on the packaging. Use before expiry.

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Place fraudulent or false orders.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
